SAFER Driver Programs

S.A.F.E.R. BASIC

This is the fundamental S.A.F.E.R. driving course to help you learn to be a defensive driver in Alberta. This informative and economical program includes skid control at our local Calgary driving school.

S.A.F.E.R. PRO

This new driver training program expands on the basic driving programs by providing more time in the vehicle and additional track training, including skid control, emergency braking, collision avoidance and other essential track skills in Calgary, Alberta.

S.A.F.E.R. PREMIUM

FSI Introduces the most comprehensive driver education program available in Calgary, Alberta. With training in the classroom and behind-the-wheel, our Calgary driving instructors will provide the student with the necessary knowledge, skill and experience to successfully drive in a busy city environment.

CLASS 5 NEW DRIVER PROGRAM

Did you know that in Alberta you can do the 15-hour "in class" portion of the government-approved Class 5 Driver Training online? Just register and complete the course from anywhere, any time that works for you. Then, take your earned certificate with you to complete the in-vehicle training portion at our Calgary location... and enjoy the benefit of reduced insurance rates!

TEACH YOUR TEEN TO DRIVE

This online “Teach Your Teen to Drive” course will take your teen further than just learning practical driving skills. Using the activities, special strategies and techniques we have developed, you can help enhance your teenager’s attitude and lifelong driving habits -- on your own personal teaching schedule.

VIEW COURSE

WINTER DRIVING AND SKID CONTROL

Excellent choice for people who want to get acquainted with driving in Calgary area winter weather conditions. Our driving instructors will help you learn to drive defensively on snowy, icy, and slushy roads. This course includes online and behind-the-wheel training. Students get to drive our custom skid-control vehicles at our Calgary driving school.
